Contact Center Officer
Requirement:
- Graduate D3 / S1 from any major (fresh graduate allowed)
- GPA min 2,75
- 21 – 35 years old
- Minimum 1 years working experience as contact center
- Fluent in English, with oral and written will be advantage
- Have a good typing skill is must (speed 38 WPM, accuracy 90) practice and your skill at typingtest.com
- Willing to work under shitting hours
Job desk:
- Handle customer inquiry / complain from telephone, social media, chat and e-mail
- Create report / ticket from customer complain
