- Minimum of a Diploma 3 Degree in relevant field, GPA 2,75
- Age 21 – 35
- Understanding of customer services principle
- Experience with the process of online booking
- Process customer – oriented attitude and strong problem solving skills
- Good communication in English both oral & written, is a plus
